Regular basic domestic cleaning services will obviously cost less than a one-time call out; for instance, an end-of-lease cleaning will cost more than regular fortnightly cleaning. Basic cleaning includes dusting and vacuuming, wiping and sanitizing, cleaning toilets and kitchen etc.
In other words, the more work required, the more the cost. At the time of writing, we charge around $45 – $50 per hour for regular house or apartment cleaning and around $60 per hour for office cleaning services. End-of-lease cleaning, on the other hand, go by the size of the property. The bigger the property, the more the charge. For instance, a two-bedroom and two-bathroom property, that is not insanely filthy, will cost around $230. Similarly, a two-bedroom one-bathroom will cost around $190, and a three-bed two-bath around $280. These cleaning services include the price of all the cleaning agents and equipment required and the travel costs between jobs.
